Solana Company, listed on Nasdaq under the ticker HSDT, has established its Asia-Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong. The firm received official recognition as a strategic enterprise from the Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (OASES) for 2026, becoming the only blockchain infrastructure company in that year's cohort.

The new regional hub will manage operations across Asia-Pacific, focusing on the Pacific Backbone initiative. This project aims to build low-latency infrastructure connecting financial centers in Hong Kong, Seoul, Tokyo, and Singapore to support staking and validation services.

The company is expanding its validator operations, including a partnership with the Jito Foundation. On its balance sheet, the firm currently holds more than 2.2 million SOL tokens.

The organization adopted its current name and Solana-centric strategy in September 2025, following a funding round that raised over $500 million. Previously, the entity operated as Helius Medical Technologies.
