Softline Group has implemented an automation project for the waste management operator Khartiya. The solution, built on the Robin intelligent automation platform by SL Soft, is designed to identify the territorial jurisdiction of subscriber addresses in the Moscow region.
During the pilot phase, the system processed a test sample of 1,000 addresses. It successfully identified the correct judicial district for 78% of the records, surpassing the initial target of 75%. The platform automatically processes input lists and generates final files with the required data.
Previously, Khartiya staff manually determined jurisdiction using the GAS Pravosudie system and other sources. This manual workflow was time-consuming and labor-intensive. The new automated process utilizes flexible search logic to handle incomplete data by checking various address attributes sequentially.
According to Sergey Evglevsky, Commercial Director at Khartiya, the project successfully reduced labor costs and improved process efficiency. Pavel Sergeev, Executive Director of Robin at SL Soft, noted that the system's ability to handle non-standard situations and incomplete data was key to achieving the results.
