RTK-TsOD, a full-cycle IT service provider, has successfully certified its 'Oblako KII' platform according to the requirements of FSTEC Order No. 117. This certification confirms that the cloud infrastructure is suitable for hosting state information systems with the highest security class, K1.

Order No. 117, which came into effect on March 1, 2026, replaces the previous 2013 regulation. The new mandate expands the scope of information protection requirements to include municipal systems, state agency infrastructure, and organizations interacting with the public sector.

The platform is now verified to perform continuous monitoring and vulnerability management as required by the new regulation. Clients can leverage this certified environment to simplify their own compliance processes when deploying sensitive information systems.

The 'Oblako KII' platform is built on domestic software and hardware. It holds certifications for hosting critical information infrastructure up to the second category, personal data systems up to the first level, and complies with PCI DSS and GOST 57580 standards for financial operations.
