The limited Couture Edition of the new Smart #2 electric vehicle has sold out across Europe within 14 days of the pre-order launch on 13 October 2026. The special series was capped at 999 units, with a starting price of €25 690. This model features exclusive design elements, including silk-matt white paint, gold accents, and 16-inch alloy wheels, alongside a premium equipment package.
The Smart #2 is a 2.75-meter-long two-seater developed by the Geely-Mercedes-Benz joint venture. It is built on the Electric Compact Architecture (ECA) and weighs 1 140 kilograms. The vehicle is equipped with a 60 kW electric motor and a 35.7 kWh CATL LFP battery, providing a WLTP range of up to 290 kilometers. It supports DC fast charging, which allows a 10 to 80 percent charge in under 20 minutes.
Beyond the sold-out Couture Edition, the manufacturer offers Pure, Pure+, and Premium variants. The base model starts at €19 990. The company plans to begin customer deliveries in the second quarter of 2027. The vehicle was previously showcased at the Paris Motor Show in October 2026.
