SF Express, SF Intra-city, and Meituan have launched a relay delivery service for hospitals in Hangzhou. This initiative aims to solve the problem of external couriers being unable to enter hospital premises or navigate complex buildings to deliver food directly to wards.

The system operates through a centralized service center built by the three companies. Meituan couriers deliver orders to this hub, where they are handed over to a dedicated team of SF Intra-city riders. These specialized couriers are authorized to enter the hospital and deliver items directly to specific departments or patient rooms.

The model is currently active at several medical facilities, including the Children's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine (Binjiang Campus), the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine (Yuhang Campus), Hangzhou Seventh People's Hospital, and Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital.

Beyond food delivery, the service centers also provide logistics support. SF Express operates stations within these hubs equipped with parcel lockers, allowing medical staff, patients, and their families to send and receive packages conveniently within the hospital grounds.
