SberUniversity and the Corporate University of the Russian Copper Company (RMK) have entered into a partnership agreement spanning 2026–2027. The collaboration focuses on developing educational programs for managers and specialists in the mining and metallurgical sector, alongside the exchange of expertise and infrastructure.
The agreement, signed by Oleg Mikhailov of SberUniversity and Airat Khafizov of RMK, aims to integrate industrial expertise with digital technologies, artificial intelligence, leadership, and management training. RMK will test the Digital University module, a platform designed to create personalized learning paths and simulations.
The partnership includes the creation of a SberUniversity training hub in Yekaterinburg and a dedicated presence for the RMK Corporate University at the SberUniversity campus. Additionally, SberUniversity digital modules will be integrated into the professional retraining programs offered by RMK.
The parties plan to establish a joint school for instructors, recruiting experts directly from the production field. This infrastructure is intended to accelerate the training of industrial leaders to keep pace with rapid technological changes.
