In November 2026, SberLife Insurance will introduce an AI-powered investment advisor avatar. This tool is designed to monitor market trends and provide clients with clear, automated analytics regarding their investment life insurance products, specifically within the ISZh 2.0 framework.
CEO Igor Kobzar stated that the company is also implementing AI solutions to analyze customer interactions. These systems will identify individual communication preferences, such as optimal contact times and specific product interests, to tailor the service experience for each client.
The legal framework for investment life insurance with calculated returns took effect on July 1, 2026. This financial instrument is restricted to qualified investors with a minimum entry threshold of 6 ₽ million. SberLife Insurance launched its offering in the second half of July 2026.
Since the product launch in July 2026, the company has attracted 180 investors. The total volume of funds invested in the ISZh 2.0 program has reached 16 ₽ billion.
