RTK-TsOD, a full-cycle IT service provider, has unveiled a corporate AI assistant designed for organizations with strict data security requirements. Developed in collaboration with Rostelecom's IT division, the tool enables users to search and analyze internal documents and knowledge bases without data leaving the organization's perimeter.
The assistant utilizes Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology to provide verifiable answers based solely on provided context. It operates entirely within the client's infrastructure, avoiding external APIs. The system can summarize documents, compare versions, classify data, and extract information from tables, such as registries or price lists.
For technical monitoring, the assistant interprets system logs, metrics, and alerts, offering diagnostic recommendations based on historical incident data. It supports multi-tenancy and granular role-based access control (RBAC), allowing multiple departments to share an installation while maintaining strict data separation.
The architecture includes audit logging for configuration changes and user actions, along with request queuing to prevent infrastructure overloads. According to RTK-TsOD, the platform is ready for deployment on client infrastructure and is suitable for sectors including finance, industry, and government.
