The KRET concern, part of the Rostec state corporation, has manufactured the first 10 units of the Neoline-1 ventilator designed for newborns. This medical device facilitates breathing without the need for intubation and assists infants in transitioning to independent respiration.

The device features an automated flow rate adjustment system that continuously synchronizes with the infant's natural breathing patterns. It compensates for air leaks and maintains airway pressure, which is critical for premature infants with extremely low birth weight.

Neoline-1 supports multiple therapy modes, including the delivery of humidified air-oxygen mixtures and automated pressure cycling. Integrated monitoring systems track blood oxygen saturation and pulse rates to assist medical staff in optimizing treatment parameters.

The manufacturer states that the device is an expert-class product developed domestically. According to Rostec, the cost of the Neoline-1 is 1.5 times lower than that of comparable foreign models. The equipment has already undergone successful testing in major Russian perinatal centers.
