RKS-Engineering has completed the development of its corporate management system. The project, implemented by the IT company Complex Business Automation, involved deploying 1C:Document Management and integrating it with existing 1C-based accounting systems to establish a unified digital environment.
The system was initially designed to manage construction documentation and automate building supervision. Over time, the functionality expanded to include planning for field inspections, integration with the Grand-Smeta software for cost estimation, and automated budgeting and financial planning.
A custom mobile application was developed for technical supervision engineers to facilitate real-time data exchange between construction sites and the office, including the signing of KS-2 forms on-site. The platform now supports approximately 300 users with a concurrent load of about 25 sessions.
The implementation involved significant architectural modifications and customization to meet industry-specific requirements. The system now provides automated long-term and operational planning, real-time risk management, and streamlined reporting, replacing fragmented file and spreadsheet management.
