Raffles Family Office (RFO), based in Singapore and Hong Kong, is expanding its wealth management services to target ultra-high-net-worth clients with significant holdings in stablecoins and digital assets. The firm aims to address the challenges these investors face with traditional private banks.
In February 2026, RFO launched Revo, a dedicated digital asset platform. The platform secured Type 4 and Type 9 licenses from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, enabling the management of digital asset portfolios alongside traditional investments.
CEO Chi-Man Kwan stated that the firm has received inquiries regarding the management of holdings as large as 10,000 Bitcoins or $100 million in stablecoins. Kwan brings over 12 years of industry experience to the role.
RFO reported a revenue growth of over 50% in 2025, attributed to private equity and enhanced investment capabilities. Additionally, on October 22, 2026, the firm signed an agreement with the Rwanda Development Board to explore investment opportunities in tourism and airport infrastructure.
