Hamburg-based startup Procuros has secured €20 million in a Series A funding round. The investment was led by XAnge, with participation from W23 and existing backers Point Nine, Creandum, and b2venture. This latest round follows a €1 million pre-seed round in 2021 and a €8.3 million seed round in 2022.
Founded in 2021 by Patrick Thelen and Benjamin Bradford, the company provides a connectivity platform for B2B trade. The system automates data exchange between suppliers and retailers, integrating directly with ERP systems. Procuros reports that its platform handles over €3 billion in annualized order volume and serves more than 300 customers in the DACH region and the UK.
The platform aims to replace legacy supply chain infrastructure by enabling automated data validation and reducing manual processing by up to 95%. According to the company, the system maintains a data accuracy rate of over 99%.
Procuros plans to use the new capital to scale its go-to-market operations and enhance its AI-native infrastructure. The funding will also support international expansion efforts, targeting markets across Europe and the United States.
