Physicl, a startup focused on high-fidelity simulations for robotics, has secured $10 million in seed funding. The investment was led by Inovia Capital to support the development of tools for training physical AI models.

The company is launching a product called Studio, which provides access to 10,000 3D environments and 100,000 assets. This platform allows users to generate synthetic data for training robots to handle complex tasks and edge cases.

Founder and CEO Alex de Vigan previously led nfinite, a company specializing in 3D product modeling. Physicl repurposes this technology to transform unstructured real-world data into accurate 3D representations with precise physics and geometry.

SpAItial, a developer of world models, is an early customer of Physicl. The company utilized Physicl's synthetic data to enhance the fidelity of its Echo-3 tool, which generates 3D simulations from 2D imagery.

Physicl aims to provide an agentic workflow for continuous synthetic data generation. The platform is designed to process large volumes of images and LIDAR data to create billions of training permutations on demand.
