Pervy Bit has launched Bit.Performance Management, an AI-powered assistant designed to monitor 1C systems. The tool identifies the root causes of system failures and provides recommendations for resolution in plain language, rather than just issuing standard error alerts.
The system provides users with a summary of the issue, an analysis of its causes, and actionable steps for IT staff. It also includes a link to an incident card within the monitoring system for deeper technical investigation, aiming to reduce incident resolution time from hours or days to minutes.
The product was tested over two years in more than 50 companies with user bases ranging from 50 to 2,500. According to the developer, the tool helps distinguish between system administration issues and inefficient code, enabling faster optimization of 1C databases.
Bit.Performance Management is available through an annual subscription or a perpetual license. Both purchase options include employee training and access to technical support. The company also offers a 14-day free trial period for potential users.
