The integrator Pervy Bit has completed an automation project for DV Nevada, a retail chain operating over 350 stores across nine cities in the Russian Far East. The project involved implementing the BIT.Finance.Holding software to streamline management and financial accounting processes.
Prior to the implementation, the retailer relied on fragmented Excel-based planning, which resulted in manual reporting and lack of transparency. The new system integrates with the client's existing data storage and allows for detailed operational planning at the level of individual stores, product categories, and promotional activities.
The automation has led to a 60% reduction in the time required to prepare management reports for retail outlets. Additionally, the company reported a 10% decrease in personnel labor costs related to financial operations.
The system features an adaptive forecasting mechanism that allows for dynamic budget adjustments and automated LFL (Like-for-Like) performance calculations. This enables financial managers to track organic growth by excluding new, closed, or renovated stores from the analysis.
A new end-to-end budget approval process was established, aligning limit approvals with personal responsibility matrices. The solution is designed to be maintained independently by the client, reducing the need for continuous involvement from the internal IT department.
