PeakMetrics Inc. has launched AI Perceptions, a monitoring service designed to track how brands are represented across five major generative AI platforms: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, and Perplexity. The tool allows corporate communications teams to monitor how online narratives and media coverage influence AI-generated responses regarding their organizations.
Users can track hundreds of prompts related to their brands, products, and industry topics. The system evaluates responses based on criteria such as trust, favorability, and purchase intent. Additionally, the platform identifies web sources cited by large language models, helping companies trace the origin of information, including inaccurate data.
The service includes features to detect automated or manipulated content, assigning bot-detection scores to social media accounts. Through a partnership with Reality Defender Inc., the platform also analyzes synthetic text, images, and video. According to the company, bot activity typically accounts for 20% to 30% of social media content in a workspace.
AI Perceptions is available immediately as part of the PeakMetrics platform. The service operates on a subscription model, with basic plans starting at $99 per month. The tool is positioned as a reputation management solution, enabling teams to assess brand perception before and after marketing campaigns.
