OpenSea has officially launched its mobile application for iOS and Android, exiting the beta phase on October 20, 2026. The platform now supports cross-chain trading for tokens, perpetual futures, and NFTs across more than 25 blockchains.
The company introduced a referral program where referrers receive 25% of the trading fees generated by new users. In turn, referred users receive a permanent 10% discount on trading fees. During the beta period, the app recorded over 56,000 sign-ups, with 76% of users remaining active.
The app features a self-custodial wallet that does not require a seed phrase and supports Apple Pay. Its social feed aggregates trading activity from various platforms, including Pump.fun, FOMO, and Farcaster, rather than limiting data to OpenSea transactions.
Trading fees are set at 0.5% for tokens and 1% for collectible purchases, with additional network fees applied. The platform's expansion into tokens and perpetual futures marks a strategic shift to compete with broader trading platforms.
