NVIDIA has removed the GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card from its official marketplace, which serves customers in the United States, Europe, Australia, and Asia. This move aligns with reports suggesting that the company is phasing out the model.
According to industry reports, NVIDIA has ceased the allocation of GB202 silicon for the RTX 5090. The company reportedly intends to reserve this silicon exclusively for the 96 GB RTX PRO 6000 workstation card.
While add-in card partners may continue production, they are limited to their existing inventory of GB202 processors. Once these stocks are depleted, NVIDIA will no longer supply the necessary GB202 kits and GDDR7 memory.
The discontinuation of supply also extends to the GeForce RTX 5090 D and RTX 5090 D V2 variants. These specific models were originally developed for the Chinese market, but they are now subject to the same production constraints.
