Dongfeng Nissan has released an updated version of its N7 electric sedan in China. The vehicle is available in six variants with limited-time pricing ranging from ¥109,900 to ¥146,900. Official list prices are set between ¥119,900 and ¥156,900. The entry-level limited-time price represents a reduction of ¥10,000 compared to the original launch price from April 2025.
The refresh introduces LiDAR-equipped variants starting at ¥129,900 for a limited time. These models incorporate 30 sensors and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8650P chip, utilizing a driver-assistance system developed with Momenta. The company plans to deploy Momenta's R7 world model via an over-the-air update by the end of the year.
The updated sedan features interior enhancements, including heated and ventilated rear seats, and a new light green exterior color option. The vehicle is built on the Tianyan EV architecture, with dimensions including a wheelbase of 2,915 mm. The cockpit is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P chip and the Nissan OS 2.0 system, which supports AI-based voice interaction.
This update follows a decline in retail sales, which dropped to 928 units in August from a peak of 10,148 units in August 2025. The N7 is the first model in the N series, which reached a production milestone of 100,000 vehicles in June. Dongfeng Nissan continues to expand its lineup, having recently introduced the N6, NX8, and the upcoming NX7 plug-in hybrid SUV.
