The new AI assistant, named Khudeyem na zdorovye, is built on the GigaChat platform. It was developed by the Sechenov University and the National Medical Research Center for Therapy and Preventive Medicine, with technical support provided by Sber. The service aims to assist users in adjusting their diet, sleep patterns, and physical activity levels based on clinical guidelines from the Ministry of Health.
Upon initial setup, users provide information about their lifestyle and health status. The AI then generates a personalized habit-change plan that accounts for physical metrics and chronic conditions. Users can maintain logs for nutrition, water intake, sleep, and exercise. Data entry options include photo uploads, voice input, or a pre-defined product database, with support for syncing data from wearable devices.
The medical advice provided by the assistant is derived from materials verified by specialists from the Sechenov University and the National Medical Research Center for Therapy and Preventive Medicine. The developers emphasize that the tool does not provide medical diagnoses and is not a substitute for professional medical consultations. If necessary, the AI directs users to see a doctor.
The service is currently available for download via Google Play and RuStore. Additionally, users can access the assistant through a chatbot interface within the Max messenger application.
