MyMonthlyCar, a startup founded by Igor Dobrianskyi, Kostiantyn Gitko, and Vadym Zotov, connects car dealerships with customers seeking month-to-month vehicle rentals. The platform allows dealers to monetize idle inventory while offering users a rent-to-own option for the vehicles.
The business model relies on a commission structure where the startup charges both the dealership and the customer a 10% fee per transaction. Currently, the company has signed seven dealerships to test the service and is finalizing an insurance program to manage liability.
The company is bootstrapped and plans to raise a seed round to expand its development team. Funds will support the creation of an AI-driven tool designed to help dealers determine which vehicles are most suitable for rental at any given time.
The founders aim to sign 100 dealerships within the first year of operation, targeting 2,000 monthly rentals and $300 000 in revenue. Over the next five years, the startup projects reaching $42 million in total revenue.
