MTS has launched a new feature within its VoiceTech platform that automatically generates summaries of phone conversations. Users can view these key points directly in the call history section of the My MTS application.
The technology processes calls in real time to create concise summaries. If users require more information, they can access detailed notes, a full transcript, or the original audio recording of the conversation.
According to Prokopy Neustroev, Director of MTS in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the tool acts as a smart assistant to help users manage high volumes of communication and multitasking.
MTS is the first Russian company to integrate these AI-generated summaries into the call logs for all users of its Intelligent Recording service. The feature is included in select tariff plans at no extra cost.
For subscribers on other plans, MTS offers a 30-day free trial period to test the new functionality. The service aims to streamline call management by allowing users to adjust the level of detail provided by the AI.
