MTS has deployed LTE network and voice services in the village of Kharbala 1-ya, located in the Churapchinsky District of Yakutia. The installation of new telecommunications equipment provides over 750 residents with access to high-speed mobile internet and stable voice connectivity.
The company installed a base station featuring high signal penetration. The coverage area includes residential streets and key social infrastructure, such as the local school, cultural center, medical facility, and a dairy processing plant.
Kharbala 1-ya is a significant historical site founded in 1910, known for its Museum of Settlers. The improved connectivity aims to support local tourism and agricultural development, enabling farmers to access online veterinary consultations and digital sales platforms.
