MTS has deployed additional domestic telecommunications equipment in the city of Ipatovo. The company installed Irteya base stations in the southern part of the city to strengthen network coverage.
The new infrastructure covers the area near the local fire station, industrial and production facilities, as well as the railway station and tracks. The base stations operate on frequencies with an extended range, providing mobile internet access to the local motordrome and airfield located outside the city limits.
Svyatoslav Koshurnikov, director of MTS in the Stavropol Territory, stated that the company plans to launch additional 4G equipment in the northern part of Ipatovo by the end of the year. This expansion aims to improve data transmission for residents of the private housing sector.
