The virtual assistant Eva, developed by MegaFon, has seen a 25% increase in demand for its digital security tools over the past year. The service utilizes artificial intelligence to identify fraudulent activity and block unwanted calls. On a monthly basis, the system successfully filters out more than 25 million suspicious or spam contacts.

Data analysis reveals that 56% of users who activate advanced protection features are men. The primary user base consists of individuals over the age of 30, with the 31–45 age group accounting for 42% of the total. Subscribers aged 46 to 65 represent 37%, while those over 65 make up 10%.

Beyond basic spam blocking, users are increasingly adopting tools designed to detect synthetic speech and deepfakes, as well as the Family Safety+ feature. In June, the volume of blocked calls exceeded the monthly average by 23%. The service is most frequently utilized in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, the Samara and Rostov regions, and Bashkortostan.
