MegaFon has expanded its LTE network coverage in the Krasnoslobodsky district of Mordovia. The operator installed new communication infrastructure in the villages of Shaverki, Efayevo, Pluzhnoye, and Selishchi, providing over 2,000 residents with access to digital services at speeds of up to 70 Mbps.

The network expansion also improved signal stability along regional roads, specifically on routes connecting Krasnoslobodsk to Kovylkino and Temnikov. This project follows previous infrastructure upgrades in the town of Krasnoslobodsk and the village of Sivin.

According to Yuri Strashny, head of the technical department for MegaFon in Mordovia, local subscribers consume an average of 30 GB of data and spend over nine hours on voice calls per month. The company continues its program to eliminate weak signal zones across the region.
