Munich-based startup Marble Cognition has secured €3.35 million in a funding round co-led by Heartcore and Seedcamp. The investment round also saw participation from angel investors, including executives from Datadog, Personio, McKinsey, Mistral AI, and Lovable.

Founded in late 2025 by Felix Rosner and Christophe Schmit, the company develops AI agents designed to automate manual office tasks. The platform observes team workflows to create structured maps of business processes, which are then used to deploy AI coworkers that operate within existing software tools.

The startup plans to use the new capital to scale its inference capabilities, expand its engineering team in Munich, and facilitate a launch in the United States market. The company emphasizes that its technology focuses on identifying and mapping undocumented processes before applying automation.

Marble Cognition implements privacy measures by anonymizing captured data before analysis. Its desktop application records screen activity and keystrokes exclusively within business applications during work hours, allowing employees to pause the recording at any time.

The company reports successful deployments with clients such as EGYM, Mutares, and Enam. In one case study involving a US financial services firm, a Marble AI agent reduced case handling time by 90% and enabled the team to process 50% more cases within the first month.
