Logitech has introduced a new initiative called Chain Reaction, aimed at reducing carbon emissions throughout its global supply chain. The program focuses on helping manufacturing partners optimize their factory operations and develop individual decarbonization roadmaps. This effort is part of the company's broader strategy to halve its Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions by 2030.

The program launches with an initial group of 17 key suppliers. It provides participants with technical workshops, access to subject matter experts, and opportunities to pilot innovations through the Logitech Future Positive Challenge. These resources are designed to help suppliers identify carbon hotspots and implement practical engineering solutions directly on the factory floor.

Logitech reports that it achieved a 33% reduction in its total Scope 3 carbon footprint in fiscal year 2026 compared to its 2021 baseline. The company plans to integrate carbon transparency and progress metrics into its commercial operations. According to Logitech, these measures are intended to reduce energy waste, transition to clean power, and generate structural cost savings for partners.
