Dublin-based startup Lette has secured $6.5 million in a seed funding round led by Peak. Other participants included Heliad, Foreword VC, Pitchdrive, Adeline, and angel investor Des Traynor. This investment follows a $1.4 million pre-seed round, bringing the company's total funding to approximately $7.9 million.
Founded in March 2025 by Mohan Sai and Jakub Rajek, Lette provides AI agents designed to automate leasing and resident management for property operators. The platform integrates with existing systems like Yardi and MRI, allowing teams to deploy the technology in weeks without requiring data migration.
The company reports that its agents handle over 60% of resident support and maintenance requests across more than 30 000 units. According to Lette, the technology has reduced average leasing times from two weeks to under four days, while enabling some operators to scale their portfolios without increasing headcount.
Lette intends to use the new capital to expand its UK team, with specific hiring plans for product, engineering, and customer operations roles. The company also aims to enter new European markets in 2027, testing the demand for its services beyond the regulatory environment of England.
