Lette, an AI platform for residential property management, secured $6.5 million in a seed funding round. The investment was led by Peak, with participation from Heliad, Foreword VC, Pitchdrive, Adeline, and angel investors, including Intercom co-founder Des Traynor.

Founded by Jakub Rajek and Mohan Sai, the company provides an AI operating system for rental operators in the UK and Ireland. The platform integrates with existing property management software to automate leasing, resident communications, maintenance requests, and rent arrears tracking.

The technology is currently deployed across thousands of residential units, with clients including JLL and various financial institutions. The system utilizes AI agents to manage interactions via email, WhatsApp, SMS, voice calls, and a dedicated app in multiple languages.

The startup plans to use the new capital to expand its UK team, specifically in product development, engineering, and customer operations. Additionally, Lette intends to enter new European markets by 2027.
