Lansoft IT holding has released version 3.9.4 of its LDM.ECM platform, formerly known as LanDocs. The update focuses on performance improvements for large document threads and enhanced administrative controls.

The platform now loads message trees incrementally, which reduces memory usage and speeds up access to large document cards. Users can also view linked document chains in a paginated format to track the full history from initial requests to final orders.

New productivity tools include the ability to add notes to messages and tasks, as well as customizable folder structures for journals. Administrators can now manage electronic signatures with specific graphical stamps for different operations and restrict access to sensitive personnel files by department.

Technical updates include moving certificate storage to Redis and utilizing Kafka for event-based certificate management. The system now features file integrity checks that verify actual file sizes against metadata to prevent the download of corrupted documents.
