Aksioma-Soft has completed the implementation of a new HR management system for Goznak, a strategic Russian joint-stock company. The project, built on the 1C:Enterprise platform, covers the company's headquarters and ten regional branches.
The system replaces legacy software that relied on manual data entry and lacked flexibility. The new infrastructure utilizes 1C:ZUP 8 KORP for payroll and HR, 1C:Document Management for electronic workflows, 1C:Employee Cabinet for staff interactions, and 1C:Archive for long-term storage.
The deployment has centralized HR data into a single database integrated with existing corporate systems. According to Goznak, the transition reduced labor costs by 15%, accelerated reporting processes by 20%, and lowered overall administrative and operational expenses by 10%.
