Berlin-based startup Integral has secured €18 million in a Series A funding round. The round was co-led by Mosaic Ventures and Reid Hoffman, with additional participation from Cherry Ventures, General Catalyst, and Puzzle Ventures.

Founded in October 2024 by Lukas Zorner and Anil Can Baykal, the company functions as a licensed tax advisory firm. It utilizes AI agents to automate bookkeeping, payroll, and tax filing, with human professionals reviewing all outputs.

The startup previously raised €6.3 million in a pre-seed round in February 2025 and acquired the payroll firm cleverlohn, bringing its total funding to €12 million by November. The new capital will support team expansion and further development of its AI platform.

Integral currently provides full bookkeeping services for over half of its clients, reducing processing times from weeks to hours. The company aims to address labor shortages in the German accounting sector, where 71% of firms report staffing difficulties.
