IBM Ventures has invested in Leena AI, a developer of autonomous agents for corporate back-office operations. The startup, founded in 2018 by Adit Jain, Mayank Goyal, and Anand Prajapati, operates from New York and San Francisco. Its platform integrates with over 200 enterprise systems, including SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and ServiceNow.

Leena AI reports annual recurring revenue exceeding $20 million, marking a threefold increase over the past year as of mid-2026. The company serves more than 500 global enterprises, impacting over 20 million employees. Its autonomous agents are designed to handle tasks in HR, IT, finance, and procurement, resolving over 70% of support tickets.

The company has raised approximately $41 million in total funding. Prior to the IBM investment, it secured a $1 million convertible note from Greycroft in April 2026. Leena AI also offers the AI Colleague Studio, launched in October 2025, which allows customers to build custom agents with human-in-the-loop governance features.
