AuxoAI, an enterprise engineering and consulting firm, has secured $20.7 million in a Series A funding round. The company plans to use the capital to scale its consulting model, expand its global reach, and invest in proprietary AI-native delivery technologies.

The startup specializes in integrating AI systems into large-scale business operations. Its approach combines business-process expertise with data engineering and autonomous AI agents. The company deploys on-site engineering teams to tailor AI solutions to specific enterprise workflows and corporate cultures.

Central to its platform is Damia, a toolkit designed for forward-deployed engineers. This system converts business knowledge and processes into reusable AI agents that function alongside employees. The company focuses on embedding intelligence directly into workflows rather than providing standalone products.

AuxoAI maintains strategic partnerships with major technology providers, including Google, Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft. These collaborations allow the firm to deliver enterprise-ready AI and cloud services through established platforms.

The funding round was led by NTTVC, a venture capital firm backed by NTT Inc. Additional participants included industry executives such as George Still Jr. from Norwest Venture Partners, Amit Zavery from ServiceNow, and Giacomo Sonnino from Charlesbank Capital Partners.
