HubSpot has unveiled a rebuilt CRM platform at its Unbound conference, integrating AI across multiple levels to provide a continuously updated view of business operations. The update includes a redesigned Breeze Assistant, a self-updating Smart CRM, and a Context Home feature for measuring data completeness.
The new Smart CRM automatically synchronizes information from emails, calls, and meetings to provide AI with 'Growth Context.' Breeze Assistant has evolved into an interface for assigning work, allowing users to delegate tasks like report creation and campaign planning to specialized agents.
Marketing Studio identifies underperforming segments and visibility issues, while the Prospecting Agent monitors over 40 buying signals. Additionally, the new Revenue Hub enables automated quote generation, which allowed Workleap Technologies to reduce the time from quote to signature to under 15 minutes.
HubSpot reported performance metrics for early users, including an 81% increase in campaigns and 2.2 times more leads generated via Breeze Assistant. The company also claims businesses on its platform win 3.2 times more deals and close twice as many support tickets.
The platform now features the first CRM integration with ChatGPT Ads, directing users from AI-generated responses to HubSpot landing pages. A separate integration with Microsoft Advertising allows users to manage campaign performance across Bing, Copilot, Outlook, and other Microsoft services.
