The Huawei Watch 6 Pro features a titanium alloy body with a ceramic charging and sensor area. The device is available in multiple versions, including a 43 mm ceramic model with a matching ceramic strap and two 46 mm variants with different strap materials. The watch is 10.9 mm thick in the standard configuration and 11.4 mm in the 'cosmic' version.

The watch runs on HarmonyOS 7.0 and includes a rotating crown for menu navigation and zooming. It is equipped with a wide range of wireless modules, including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, QZSS, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, and an LTE modem with eSIM support. Bluetooth 5.2 is used for smartphone synchronization via the Huawei Health app.

The device features a comprehensive sensor suite, including an ECG sensor, pulse oximeter, barometer, skin temperature sensor, and a depth sensor for diving up to 40 meters. The new X-TAP module integrates ECG and photoplethysmography sensors for improved accuracy and health diagnostics, such as arterial stiffness and respiratory checks.

The Watch 6 Pro introduces an AI-powered training assistant that analyzes user activity to provide personalized recovery and stretching recommendations. Users also receive a 6-month trial of Huawei Health+ for advanced training plans and nutrition analysis. The watch supports various sports modes, including cycling and skiing.

The device is rated for IP68/IP69 protection against dust and water. Huawei claims an average battery life of 4.5 days under standard usage, though active use of the LTE module can reduce this duration by half. In real-world testing with health monitoring and 2-3 workouts per week, the watch lasted approximately one week on a single charge.
