The company Gran Budushchego has launched QualiTend, a SaaS platform designed to automate the qualification of procurement tenders. The system is intended for suppliers, tender departments, and aggregators to filter out unsuitable bids by identifying risks, non-core requirements, or unfeasible conditions within tender documentation.

The software processes procurement notices by analyzing technical specifications, draft contracts, and attachments. It cross-references these documents against company-specific rules to flag stop-factors. The system categorizes tenders into qualified leads for the commercial department or highlights complex cases for human review, providing justifications with direct citations.

According to the developers, the tool reduces the analysis time for technical specifications ranging from 50 to 100 pages to 5–10 minutes, compared to the 2–3 hours required for manual review. It identifies contradictions, unrealistic deadlines, hidden penalties, and ambiguous requirements that could impact project economics.

QualiTend generates checklists for bid preparation and assists in drafting commercial proposals. The solution can be integrated with any procurement aggregator and adapted to a company's specific criteria. Deployment and setup take up to one business day, and the company offers a trial period for users to test the system on their own data.
