Geely Holding Group has entered a global strategic partnership with Google to integrate Google Automotive Services into its overseas vehicle portfolio. The rollout is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2027, with the first model targeting markets outside of China and the United States.

The integration will feature Google Maps, Google Play, and the Gemini AI assistant. These services aim to provide voice interaction, navigation, and cross-device connectivity. The initiative will cover brands including Geely, Lynk & Co, Proton, Riddara, and Smart, expanding on a previous integration with Polestar 2 that began in 2020.

The deployment depends on regulatory requirements and market readiness in regions where Google services are available. Geely is currently scaling its international presence, having raised its 2026 export target to 920 000 vehicles, with a long-term goal of 1 000 000 overseas sales.

The broader Geely Holding group aims to reach 6,5 million in annual global sales by 2030. The company expects markets outside of China to account for more than one-third of this total volume as it deepens the integration of digital cockpit capabilities across its vehicle lineup.
