Forum Edge AI, a joint venture between Forum Markets and Edge Node, has secured a three-year contract worth $94.4 million with Fireworks AI. The agreement provides Fireworks AI with access to Nvidia B300 GPU capacity at a data center in Dallas.

The joint venture, established on October 2, 2026, is owned 51% by Forum Markets and 49% by Edge Node. Edge Node provides technical and operational expertise as an Nvidia partner, while Forum Markets focuses on financing and infrastructure supply.

The company plans to reach an initial capacity of approximately 11 megawatts across several sites, supporting roughly 4,376 Nvidia B300 and GB300 GPUs. The Dallas site currently operates at 2 megawatts with plans to expand to 4 megawatts.

Additional expansion includes a 6-megawatt campus in High Point, North Carolina, expected by Q1 2027, and a Texas tower site adding 1 to 2 megawatts by mid-2027. The project focuses on AI inference to reduce latency by utilizing pre-powered urban locations.

Forum Markets projects 2027 consolidated revenue between $125 million and $175 million. The company intends to fund the initial phase through customer deposits and equipment financing, avoiding new equity issuance.
