Flow Engineering, a San Francisco-based startup specializing in AI-driven hardware design tools, secured $50 million in a Series B funding round. This investment brings the company's valuation to $750 million. The startup, founded three years ago, focuses on automating the alignment of CAD drawings with product requirements and simulation data.

The funding round was co-led by Antonio Gracias of Valar Equity Partners and Gavin Baker of Atreides Management. Sequoia Capital, which previously led the Series A round in October, also participated in this investment. Additionally, former Sequoia partner Roelof Botha contributed as an individual investor and has officially joined the board of directors at Flow Engineering.

The company currently serves a diverse portfolio of clients in the hardware and aerospace sectors. Its customer list includes Anduril, Rivian, Joby Aviation, and General Motors PPU. Other notable clients include RV Tech, a joint venture between Rivian and Volkswagen, as well as Stoke Space. The startup continues to expand its footprint within the engineering industry.
