Flow Engineering, a platform for AI-powered hardware systems design, has secured $50 million in a Series B funding round. The investment brings the company’s total valuation to $750 million. The round was co-led by Antonio Gracias of Valor Equity Partners and Gavin Baker of Atreides Management, with participation from Sequoia Capital, Human Capital, Evantic, SV Angel, Odyssey, and EQT.

The company plans to utilize the new capital to expand its engineering team and develop AI tools for hardware development. Flow Engineering aims to obtain FedRAMP authorization and other industry certifications to serve clients in regulated sectors. The platform uses AI agents to integrate with CAD, Git, and simulation software, aiming to reduce development cycles from months to days.

Since its Series A round in October 2025, the company has expanded its client base. New customers include GM Performance Power Units, Rivian Automotive, Anduril Industries, Stoke Space Technologies, Intuitive Machines, and Pacific Fusion. These join existing partners such as Joby Aviation, Astranis Space Technologies, and Radiant Industries, which utilize the platform for systems engineering.

Founder and CEO Pari Singh stated that the system is designed to automate manual digital labor in engineering. By providing a digital assistant that monitors project constraints and requirements, the platform allows teams to accelerate the development of complex hardware, such as autonomous vehicles and nuclear reactors, by enabling parallel coordination of mechanical and electrical systems.
