The international franchise network Fit Service has introduced a new repair status tracking feature within its mobile application. This update allows customers to monitor the progress of their vehicle maintenance in real time, eliminating the need for manual inquiries or phone calls to the service center.
The feature is currently available for users on both iOS and Android platforms. According to the company, the development was inspired by the user experience found in food delivery, taxi, and e-commerce applications, aiming to provide transparency throughout the repair process.
Alexander Garankov, Director of Development at Fit Service, stated that the tool is designed to reduce client anxiety by providing clear timelines and updates on the vehicle's status. This initiative is part of the company's broader digital strategy to streamline customer interactions.
The mobile application already offers several digital tools, including service appointment scheduling, repair history logs, bonus tracking, and access to mechanic recommendations. These features are intended to centralize vehicle management for the company's clients.
