The Series B funding round was led by Creaegis. This investment follows a previous Series A round, which reached a total of $50 million after an additional $36 million was raised two years ago. Ema officially exited stealth mode in March 2024.

Ema provides a platform for deploying AI agents that automate enterprise processes across HR, IT, and finance departments. These agents integrate with existing software, verify task accuracy, manage approval workflows, and handle end-to-end operations.

The company reports that its agents currently process over 1 million IT service management tickets and 1 million calls annually, supporting 15 languages. The new capital will be used to expand the company's go-to-market operations and further develop its platform.

According to a PYMNTS Intelligence report, only 20% of enterprise AI deployments are currently embedded into core workflows. However, 93% of companies with three or more embedded AI functions report achieving a financial return from their implementation.
