EliseAI has secured $350 million in a new funding round, bringing its total valuation to $4 billion. This marks a significant increase from the $2.2 billion valuation the company held approximately 13 months ago.

The investment round was co-led by existing backers Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from new investor Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital also joined the round.

Founded in 2017 by Minna Song and Tony Stoyanov, the company develops AI tools for administrative automation in the housing and healthcare sectors. Its technology manages tasks such as lease administration, tenant communication, and patient scheduling.

The company reported that its annual recurring revenue exceeded $200 million by mid-2026, doubling from the $100 million milestone reached earlier in 2025. The workforce has also expanded, growing from 150 to over 300 employees.

In September, EliseAI introduced its Apollo cross-platform tool and partnered with DOOR to integrate smart-access features. These tools enable automated maintenance coordination and self-guided property tours for managers.
