EliseAI has secured $350 million in a new funding round, bringing the company's valuation to $4 billion. The investment was led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures, and Navitas Capital. This capital is intended for product development and expanding engineering, deployment, and sales teams.
Founded in 2017 by Minna Song and Tony Stoyanov, the company provides AI automation for the housing and healthcare sectors. Its platform manages tasks such as leasing, maintenance, and resident communication for one in six US apartments. In 2026, the company launched Apollo, an AI agent designed to execute complex tasks across its platform.
The company entered the healthcare market in 2023, offering automation for physician groups, including scheduling and insurance verification. As of June 2026, EliseAI reported annual recurring revenue exceeding $200 million, having doubled this figure annually for five consecutive years.
EliseAI plans to establish a second engineering hub in San Francisco to complement its New York headquarters. The company is currently hiring across several cities, including Boston, Chicago, Austin, and Toronto. As part of the deal, Sameer Dholakia from Bessemer Venture Partners has joined the company's board of directors.
