The startup secured $350 million in its latest funding round, which was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Ventures. This investment brings the company's total valuation to $4 billion, marking a twofold increase since its Series E round in August 2025.

Founded in 2017, EliseAI provides automation software for administrative and operational tasks in the housing and healthcare sectors. The company reports that its platform is currently utilized by one in six apartments in the United States and has reached an annual recurring revenue of $200 million.

In September 2026, the firm introduced an AI assistant named Apollo. This tool integrates directly into the existing platform to manage leasing, maintenance, and renewal workflows. CEO Minna Song noted that the software also automates patient documentation for physician groups, handling tasks from initial calls to insurance verification.

The company focuses on housing and healthcare because these industries represent significant household expenses. The new capital will support the continued development of its platform, which aims to streamline operations across property management and medical administrative teams.
