Dataline, a startup developing a decentralized data network for AI agents, has secured $10.6 million in funding. The company announced the investment round on October 21, 2026. The capital is earmarked for infrastructure expansion, which currently supports blockchains including BNB Chain, Sui, and TON, as well as platforms like Hyperliquid and Polymarket.

The network functions as a two-sided marketplace connecting data providers with AI agents. To date, the platform has processed 19.4 million on-chain transactions with a 96.4% success rate for agent tasks. Previously known as Tearline, the company rebranded on May 12, 2026.

The startup plans to launch a native token, DLINE, which will have a total supply of 1 billion units. The token is intended to facilitate network access, staking, rewards, and slashing. A public sale is scheduled to take place via the Uniswap auction platform, with specific details expected to be released next week.
