COMETAL, a platform for industrial cooperation, has transitioned from using third-party software to developing its own proprietary system. The company's IT department currently consists of 25 specialists, including developers, analysts, and DevOps engineers.
The platform currently utilizes 14 AI agents integrated into Yandex Messenger. These agents handle tasks such as drafting technical specifications, processing incoming emails, verifying contractors, and analyzing legal contracts based on internal risk maps.
For data security, the company employs local AI models and a masking system that replaces sensitive information before processing. This ensures that personal data and trade secrets remain protected during interactions with cloud-based models.
The platform includes an automated testing agent, QA-calibrator, which runs nightly checks. This process has reduced the time required for full platform testing from two man-days to one hour.
One agent, the Analyst, is connected to a replica of the production database and allows employees to query data using natural language. The company plans to continue integrating AI to automate routine tasks and increase development speed.
