Collov Labs has introduced NewEyes AI, a visual personal agent designed to connect real-world visual context with task execution. The system operates on smartphones and integrates with compatible smart glasses, including Ray-Ban Meta models, to provide a hands-free interface for users.

The platform utilizes a hybrid architecture that combines edge perception on mobile devices with cloud-based reasoning. This setup allows the agent to process visual input, reason through multi-step tasks, and utilize tools without requiring the full AI stack to run directly on the wearable hardware.

The company, headquartered in Silicon Valley, is led by founder and CEO Xiao Zhang. Its research team includes alumni from Stanford, UC Berkeley, and Yale, with over two years of experience in deploying specialized visual AI models.

Collov Labs secured $23 million in a Series A funding round. The investment was led by Brightway Future Capital, with additional participation from Taihill and MindWorks Capital. The company plans to expand support for NewEyes AI to additional smart eyewear brands.
